1、农业大学学报1998,21(3):76~79rnalofNanjingAgriculturalUniversityX不同浓度海南霉素对山羊瘤胃消化代谢的影响任明强沈赞明赵茹茜陈杰(南京农业大学农业部动物生理生化重点开放实验室,南京210095)摘要试验动物为3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的阉公山羊。试验分为4期:对照、试验É、Ê和Ë,每期10d。用海南霉素乙醇溶液灌入瘤胃,剂量分别为0.0000,0.0025,0.0100和0.0500mgö(kg·d)。适应8d后从8:00到20:00每3h由瘤胃瘘管采集瘤胃液。试验发
2、现,3个试验期瘤胃液中乙酸与丙酸之比(AöP)和NH32N浓度明显下降,并呈一定的剂量效应。试验Ê和ËAöP分别比对照期下降5.62%(P<0.05)和13.30%(P<0.01),NH32N浓度分别下降17.96%(P<0.05)和33.80%(P<0.01);试验É相应指标虽有下降,但差异不显著。与对照期相比,各组总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)均无明显改变,微生物蛋白(MCP)除试验É外亦无明显变化。结果表明:海南霉素可改变瘤胃发酵类型,明显提高丙酸比例,抑制饲料蛋白在瘤胃内的降解。关键词山羊;瘤胃消化;代谢;离
