1、安徽医科大学硕士学位论文使用观察,实验组30枚微种植钉位置与方向均与术前设计一致,并且与邻近牙根没有接触,植入过程稳定,愈后良好,微种植钉距近远中牙根最小的距离均在牙根之间的安全距离范围内。实验组仅有一例失败,由于微种植钉周围软组织增生干扰覆盖,导致拆除,实验组成功率达96.7%。对照组有23枚微种植钉稳定,7枚发生松动,通过术后CT扫描三维数据重建发现,松动的微种植钉的中心长轴距近远中牙根最小的距离均小于安全距离,对照组成功率为76.7%。结论通过对上颌骨的三维重建,可以清楚地看到牙槽骨及牙根的三维形态,并精确地测量出邻近牙根之间的实际距离,
