6、新兴的媒介渠道，让公民享有的出版自由可以更加充分的得以实现。但是，由于微博相较于其他传统的出版方式还有着很多不够完善之处，公民通过微博实现出版自由时也遇到一些问题，为了使公民在微博应用的过程中充分享有法律赋予的出版自由，本文从微博语境下的出版自由的内涵，对微博出版自由的合理限制，微博中的出版自由与公民的言论自由和新闻自由的区别与联系，在公民的出版自由受到侵害时进行救济的途径和公民的出版自由与他人的其他权利等发生冲突时如何进行权衡取舍等问题进行了讨论。希望可以通过这些法律问题的解决为公民在微博语境下更加充分、有效的实现出版自由提
