1、摘要建设工程计价模式比较与结算审核研究专业农业生物环境与能源工程硕士研究生韦秋杰指导教师李伟清副教授我国建设工程计价模式主要有定额计价模式和清单计价模式两种。定额计价模式在市场经济发展的过程之中越来越不适应社会的需求。在市场经济高速发展的今天，商品价格必须以市场作为其主导者，只有这样才符合生产力发展规律，才能使我国经济科学的、快速的健康发展。为此，我国建设工程计价模式逐步从定额计价模式向清单计价模式转变。这种转变是历史的必然。在采用清单计价模式的情况下，招标时，体现出了市场经济竞争激烈的一面，施工单位为了中标

2、，在投标时不得不压低价格；而在结算时，会尽量设法使其自身利益最大化。而站在建设方的角度，结算审核这一环节对造价控制变得更加重要。在了解计价模式发展趋势的情况下，对结算审核的研究具有实际意义。本文从分析国外建设工程计价模式入手，论述国外先进、发达资本主义国家的计价体系及模式，分析其原理，找出其合理性及优越性。再分析我国建设工程计价模式，找出我国当前建设工程计价模式中存在的问题。再论述当前我国计价模式下，加强建设工程结算审核的重要性，并阐述工程量清单计价模式下的结算审核方法，并附以实例进行进一步分析，说明。最后，
