4、oundforthebenefitoftheClubandthelocalCommunity.2Information2.1TheproposalapprovedbyCabinetlastNovemberhasbeentestedthroughtheplanningsystem.ThegenerallackofsupportledtofurtherdiscussionsbetweentheCouncil,LewesFootballClubandlocalobjectors.2.2LewesFootballagreedtotaketheleadwith

5、identifyingfurthersolutionsanditcompletedanumberofconsultationswithorganisationsinLeweswhoarekeentoseethewallrestoredforthebenefitoffuturegenerations.2.3ThelatestproposalistoprovideemergencyaccessintothegroundfromanewentranceintheEasternBoundaryWall.Theproposalwillseetheterraci

6、ngoftheeasternbankinsidetheDrippingPan,enabletheClubtogainacapacitycertificateforupto4,000peopleintheground,provideemergencyserviceaccessandanadditionalpublicentrancetomanagespectatorsonalimitednumberofoccasions.1.1Therewillbeminimaldisturbanceoftheinnerbankandindependentarchae
