1、诺基亚2100手机塑料外壳注塑模设计摘要本毕业设计论文以阐述手机塑料外壳注射模设计过程为主线。该模具设计采用一模两腔的布置;双分型面分型;剪切浇口浇注形式;四导柱对称不等直径分布导向定位方式;使用推杆推出脱模机构;并采用了整体式型腔、型芯,使结构简化、可行;利用弹簧抽芯机构实现模具的侧向抽芯。最后结合模具的标准组合结构和标准零件的选用,完成了整套模具的装配。并对有关技术规范进行全面校核,确保所设计的模具能正确安装在所选的注射机上并应用于生产。关键词:手机外壳;一模两腔;双分型面;剪切浇口;四导柱;弹簧抽芯;CADAbstractThispapermainlydiscussestheinjec
