1、节点外啮合行星轮系耦合动力学分析及实验验证鲍和云,谭在银,朱如鹏,陆凤霞(南京航空航天大学机电学院,南京210016)摘要:考虑太阳轮和行星架支承轴承的时变支承刚度,采用集中参数法建立了节点外啮合行星齿轮系统齿轮-轴承耦合动力学模型,运用Rung-Kutta算法求解得到了太阳轮和行星架的振动加速度响应,理论分析结果表明:支承刚度时变情况下的振动加速度幅值要大于支承刚度为定值时的加速度值。利用某型机械功率封闭实验台开展了振动测试实验,基于小波变换获得了降噪信号,实验结果表明:横向振动的实验值与理论值的误差为16.27%,在允许范围内,而纵向振动受重力影响存在较大偏差,同时,考虑时变支承刚度求解
