1、AbstractTurbinediskisoneofthecorecomponentsofaeroengine,itsqualitydirectlydeterminestheaircraft’soperationsecurity.Withthecontinuousimprovementofaircraftperformance,thequalitycontroloftheturbinediskhasalsobecomemoreandmoreprominent.Whiletherearemanymethodstodetecttheturbinedisk,theseconventionalnond
2、estructivetestingtechnologiesarenotsensitivetocertaindefecttypesofturbinedisk.Therefore,anondestructivetestingtechnologybasedongeomagneticfield--micromagneticdetectionwasproposed,todetectthepores,cracks,especiallythekissdefectexistinturbinedisk.ThesuperalloysGH4169turbinediskwasstudiedintheresearch.
3、Firstly,themagnetizationcharacteristicsofthematerialwastested,GH4169wasprovedtobeparamagneticmaterials.Secondly,thesignaldifferencecomparisonmethodcombinedwithlowpassfiltertechnologywasraisedtoeliminateorrestrainthedetectionsignalnoiseaccordingtothecharacteristicsthatthedetectionsignalamplitudeiswea
4、kwhilethenoiseisstrong.Thirdly,aimingattherecognitionofdefectsignal,thesignalrecognitionalgorithmcombinespeaktopeakormagneticfieldgradientwithprobabilitystatisticsmethodwasputforward.Meanwhile,thelocationandquantificationofthedefectwererealized.Fourthly,atwo-dimensionalimagingsoftwareformicromagneti
5、ctestingwascompiledbyusingVB6.0programlanguage.Thevisualizationofdetectionresultswasrealized.Finally,themicromagneticdetectiontechnologyforturbinediskwasprovedtobefeasiblethroughthetestingofthestandardspecimens.Anewmethodandthoughtfordetectionoftheturbinediskwasprovided.Keywords:Turbinedisk,Micromag
