2、分来具体阐述：第一部分从高等院校基金会的研究意义、现状以及相关的研究方法入手，并且对相关概念做出界定；第二部分介绍美国高校教育基金会的历史与现状，并以耶鲁大学教育基金会为例，详细分析其捐赠来源、捐赠项目、捐赠政策及基金的管理与运营；第三部分介绍我国高校教育基金会的历史与现状，以清华大学教育基金会为例，分析了其宗旨、来源及资金管理运作；第四部分分别从宏观体制和微观运作两方面，着重对中美高校教育基金会进行了比较；第五部分借鉴美国高等学校教育的经验，对我国高校教育基金会的反思与新的认识。关键词：教育捐赠；基金管理；高校；教育
