3、thatthestatorwindingislooseandirregular.Onthebasisoffullyabsorbcorrelationtechniquesofvariouskindsofwindingmachines,thepaperhasmadeanumericalcontroldesignforthestatorwindingmachineforautomobilestarter.Byusingthenumericalcontrolmethodtocommandthewindingprocess,thewindingmach

4、inewillimproveitsefficiencyandquality.Thedissertationspreadsonthebasisofwindingmachine’sfunctionrealization.Windingmachine’sfunctionsaredecomposedinordertogetthefunctionunits,thencombinethesefunctionunitstogetthesolution.PrincipleschemeshavebeendesignedinsoftwareAutoCAD,mer

5、itsanddemeritsofwhichareanalysedinordertogetthebestscheme.Basedonthebestscheme,theoveralllayoutofstatorwindingmachineforautomobilestarterhasbeendesigned.Accordingtotheoveralllayout,thewindingmachinehasbeendividedintoseveralmodules:tensionalpay-offmodule,axialwindingmodule,c

6、ircumferentialwindingmodule,splintingwiremodule,statorclampingmodule,mechanicalframemodule,indexingmoduleandcontrolsystemmodule.Detaileddesign,selectionandcalculationhavebeenmadetothepartsofeachmodule.Themodelsofthepartshavebeenbuiltin3D-designsoftwareSolidworks,aswellasthe

7、assembly.AmotionsimulationofstatorwindingmachineforautomobilestarterhasbeenmadeinSolidworksMotioninordertotestthewindingfunction.Accordingtotheresultsofthemotionsimulation,theforceconditionsofkeyparthavebeenanalysedinSolidworksSimulation,theresultsofwhichshowthatthemachinec
