2、communicationssystem,highperformancedelaymodulemeanslowinsertionlossandlowdispersion,exceptforminiaturizationandlight-weight.Using3Dintegrationtechnology,LowTemperatureCo-firedCeramic(LTCC)technologyhasbecomearesearchhotspotforitsexcellentRFperformance.So,torealizeminiatureandweightl
3、ightdelayline,withLTCCtechnology,hasalsobecomeanewresearchmethodinthisfield.Firstly,thisthesisillustratesthecharacteristicsofLTCCtechnology,thendetailedlyanalyzestheestablishedmodelsaboutfactorswhichinfluenceperformanceofLTCCstriplinedelayline,suchasmaterialandthicknessoflayerbeforec
4、o-fired,theformofinterconnecting,striplineground,viagrid,layoutofstripline,etc.Basedonaboveresearch,twokindsofdelaymodulearedeveloped.1)delaymodulecontrolledby6digitalsignalat8.5-10.5GHz(X-band).The6delayunitscangenerate1λ,2λ,4λ,8λ,16λand32λdelayrespectively,andthemaximumdelayis63λ(c
5、enterfrequency:9.5GHz,delaylinelength:819.0mm),minimalstepis1λ.Layerbeforeco-firediscomposedof27layersofFerroA6-M,andsizeofthedelaymoduleis46.1mm×40.0mm×14.0mm.2)delaymodulecontrolledby6digitalsignalat34.1-34.3GHz(Ka-band).The6delayunitscangenerate1λ,2λ,4λ,8λ,16λand32λdelayrespective
