1、船用间冷循环燃气轮机性能仿真研究ABSTRACTBecauseofthegrowingrequirementforfightingefficiencyofwarship,therequirementsforpowerandelectricenergyofwarshipareincreasing.TheIPSisoneofthedirectionsofthefuturewarship.Sincethecapacityofthepowersystemisverysmall,andthechangesoftheloadaresignificant,thepowerunitmustpossess
2、betterdynamiccharacteristicandhighercapacity.Becauseofthehighercapacity,lessvolume,lowerweight,higherflexibilityofthegasturbine(GT)powersystem,ithasbecomeoneoftheidealprimepowersourceforIPS.Thispapertakestheintercooledcyclegasturbineastheresearchobject,focusingontheanalysisofthedynamiccharacteris
3、ticinpowergenerationmode.Themainworksofthispaperarefocusedon:(1)Basedonmodularmodeling,thenonlinearmathematicalmodelofintercooledgasturbineisestablished,withthevolumeinertial,rotationinertiaofrotorandthermalinertiaofintercoolerfullyconsidered.(2)ThestructureofintercoolerhasbeenoptimizedbyusingAsp
4、enMusesoftware.Thefinefficiencyandheattransfercoefficientoftheintercoolercoreisobtainedthroughthermodynamiccalculations.AsimulationmodelisfoundedbasedontheMATLAB/SIMULINKplatformaccordingtomathematicalmodel,andthedynamiccharacteristicofintercoolerisanalyzed.(3)Componentsofgasturbineandoverallsimu
5、lationmodelsareestablishedbasedonMATLAB/SIMULINKplatform.Somethermalprocess,suchasdeflatingagainstsurge,extractingairforcoolingandmixtureforcoolingturbine,deflatingagainstoverspeedaresufficientlyconsidered.Thegasturbineiscontrolledbymeansofthespeedcombinedwithtemperature.Besides,thecalculationfor
6、gasturbineonsteadyanddynamicconditionshavebeencarriedinpropellingandpowergenerationmode,whiletheanalysisisemphasizedonthebehaviorofgasturbineinlattermode.Theresultsofthesimulationsshowthatwhenthegasturbinerunsrespectivelyinthetwomodesmentionedabove,theefficiencyfortotalunitinpropellingmodeishighe
