2、ewtypeofmembranematerial,whichhasahighglasstransitiontemperature,goodsolubility,film—forming,mechanicalpropertiesandchemicalstability.TheappropriatesolventpolymerdissolvedPVBCImadeofpdymersolution,selectingasuitablecross-linkingagentaddedinthepolymersolutionforcross—linking.Solutionwillbeeastonthe

3、formationofaslide,andthenletthesolventsvolatilizeatroomtemperatureforlongenoughtime(4hours)toensurcthatthesolventscanvolatilizecompletely.Throughsolutioncastingmethod,wecansuccessfullypreparedcompletePVBCIion-exchangemembrane,whichhavethecharactersofdimensionalstability,smoothsurfacequality,andtra

4、nsparentcolor.ThePVBCImembranemechanicalpropertiesandtheexchangeofpropertieswerestudied.Thesolvent,thecarrier,theconcentrationofpolymer,CROSS-·linkingagentandamountoffilm--formingpropertieswereanalyzed.Themoisture‘contentofthefilmandtheionexchangecapacity(IEC)werecharacterized.Groupcontributionmet
