1、摘要高校心理健康教育工作，对于解决大学生心理健康问题发挥着至关重要的作用。为使我国高校的心理健康教育工作规范、有序、高效、实用，最重要和最紧迫的工作就是构建心理健康教育体系。构建高校心理健康教育体系是实现大学生健康成长的重要环节，也是素质教育基本保障的应有之意。目前，我国大学生的心理健康状况尚不能满足中央对大学生思想政治工作的要求，这表明当前高校心理健康教育工作中存在严重不足，其主要原因是心理健康教育工作没有形成一个健全的工作体系。构建高校心理健康教育体系必须明确心理健康教育和心理健康教育体系的涵义，高校心理健康教育工作的作用和地位。在构建高校心理健康教育体系的过程中，我们既要注意借鉴国

2、外先进教育经验，更要注重自身实际，坚持走有中国特色的心理健康教育之路。本文从心理健康教育的基本理论入手，分析了国外和国内高校心理健康教育的现状，归纳了国外高校心理健康教育发展的趋势，并在分析了我国高校心理健康教育存在的问题基础上，提出了加强我国高校心理健康教育、构建心理健康教育体系的对策。高校心理健康教育体系，主要包括组织管理体系、业务工作体系、工作人员的培训与资格认证体系、心理危机预防与干预体系、心理健康教育的生态环境体系、心理健康教育的评估与反馈体系等六个方面。加强我国高校心理健康教育体系的构建，必将会对我国高校思想政治教育工作起到极大推动作用。‘关键词：高校；心理健康教育；体系构建
