1、提要目的:观察补肾益脑方治疗血管性痴呆（脾肾两虚型）的临床疗效。方法:将68例全部病例确诊为血管性痴呆（VD）的入选患者随机分为试验组和对照组各34例，两组在接受常规治疗基础上，试验组给予中药补肾益脑方治疗；对照组给予西药盐酸多奈哌齐治疗。以智能、认知功能改善相关评分、神经功能缺损程度及血脂、脑血流、神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）等为观察指标，疗程均为3个月。结果:两组MMSE、BDS评分都有不同程度改善，但统计学无明显差异；试验组神经功能缺损评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)；试验组治疗前后TCD显示脑血流平均速度提高、血脂明显改善（P<0.05)；神经元特异性
