1、中小学教师继续教育的教学有效性研究摘要本文以终身教育的思想为指导,在对有关研究文献进行分析的基础上,借助问卷调查和个案访谈的方法,对中小学教师继续教育的教学有效性问题进行了深入的探讨。论文较为详尽地论述了国内外学者对中小学教师继续教育的教学有效性研究的现状,并以中小学教师继续教育的教学有效性概念为基点,从教学的效果、效率和效益三个纬度系统地阐述了当前我国中小学教师继续教育的教学有效性不足的现实。中小学教师继续教育的教学有效性不足的原因主要涉及到教师的教学态度和责任感、知识和技能的缺失、教学的激励机制不健全、物质条件缺乏以及中小学教师的参与程度不高等因素。针对中小学教师继续教育的教学有
2、效性的缺失问题,笔者提出了要想提高中小学教师继续教育的教学有效性:首先,授课教师要养成教学有效性的观念和意识;其次,授课教师要提高自身的素质和能力:再者,还要从教学目标的设定、课程体系的建构、教学策略的选择以及教学评价的优化上进行有效的教学设计;最后,要创建有效教学的良好环境。总之,中小学教师继续教育的教学有效性是一种策略,但更是一种理念。它并非只是某种特殊的教学方法或方式的有效,而是一个有效的整合过程。关键词:继续教育教学有效性;有效的教学观念;有效的教学设计:有效的教学环境中小学教师继续教育的教学有效性研究ResearchonTeachingEffectivenessofFurt
