1、摘要本文制备了乙胺羟乙基壳聚糖(EHCs)、Ⅳ,D一羧甲基壳聚糖(MO--CMCs)和D一羧甲基壳聚糖(O--CMCs)三种壳聚糖衍生物,优化了其制备工艺,对其理化性质进行了系统的分析。制备了三种壳聚糖衍生物的粘胶纤维纺丝液和共混膜,并根据抗菌性挑选了D一羧甲基壳聚糖/粘胶纤维纺丝液进行了纺丝,对其微观结构进行了更为深入的研究。对三种壳聚糖衍生物/粘胶纤维纺丝液进行了流变行为的研究,探讨了壳聚糖衍生物抗菌剂的加入对纺丝液流变行为的影响;又研究了共混膜的微观结构、分散状况、热力学转变、结晶性、力学性能等。结果表明:在低剪切速率下,壳聚糖衍生物/粘胶纤维纺丝液与
2、粘胶原液的流体特性相同,皆为牛顿流体,壳聚糖衍生物的加入降低了纺丝液的粘度,提高了其可纺性。D一羧甲基壳聚糖均匀的分散在粘胶纤维连续相中,而壳聚糖衍生物的加入,没有改变粘胶纤维的热转变曲线,对粘胶纤维的热稳定性没有影响;在共混膜中,壳聚糖衍生物的加入没有对粘胶纤维的结晶度造成大的降低,微观形态观察和热分析表明具有良好的相容性。实验所制得的共混膜及共混纤维具有良好的抗菌性能。纺出的D一羧甲基壳聚糖/粘胶抗菌纤维达到了相应品质的国家标准。关键词:乙胺羟乙基壳聚糖;彤俨羧甲基壳聚糖;俨羧甲基壳聚糖;纺丝;共混膜;流变行为:粘胶纤维ABSTRACTInthispap
