1、中文摘要中文摘要计算机辅助工艺设计CAPP技术在焊接中的应用,改变了焊接工艺制定的方式、手段和效率。开发桥式起重机箱形主梁焊接CAPP系统既可以改善产品的焊接质量,又可以缩短生产周期和提高焊接生产效率。论文基于CAPP先进制造理论,在对主梁焊接工艺具体分析和研究的基础上,实现了主梁焊接工艺CAPP系统的程序设计,研究了CAPP系统中工艺数据管理的关键技术,焊接工艺卡片的实现方式,工艺设计流程的建立,和计算机辅助工艺技术。以Windows2000/xP为操作系统,以Delphi7.0为系统开发工具,SQLServer2000为访问数据库,ADO为数
2、据存取技术,采用模块化原理进行了总体结构设计,设计了桥式起重机箱形主梁焊接工艺数据库,焊接工艺表格定制模块,焊接工艺报表生成模块和友好的软件界面。本系统运行时,实现了人机对话功能,焊接工艺管理和焊接工艺卡的打印等功能。本文的研究成果可加快焊接工艺设计速度,提高焊接工艺设计效率、质量和继承性,为焊接工艺设计的标准化和最优化奠定了基础。关键词:桥式起重机;箱形主梁;焊接;CAPP;数据库ABSTRACTDEVELoPMENTOFWELDINGCAPPSYSTEMFORTHEBOX.MAIN.GIRDERoFOVERHEADTRAⅧLINGCRANET
