4、imaryantibodyrespectivelytomakewesternblotreactionandfindspecialstripe;thenseparatingpatients’carcinomatissueproteinbytwo-dimensionalgelelectrophoresis,preparingthreesetsofgel,twosetsofthemwereusedtomakewesternblotreactionwithpatientserumandnormalserumastheprimaryantibody,findingthespecificdev
