7、.6IV贵州大学工商管理硕士学位论文1绪论1.1研究选题背景及理论与实际意义1.1.1选题背景近期政府相当重视电子商务对经济的拉动作用,出台了一系列政策规范和引导电子商务发展;业界电子商务的发展也如火如荼,不仅涌现出更多平台类电子商务网站,也有越来越多有远见的传统企业开始进军电子商务。在这种大形势下,预期未来几年电子商务会保持快速发展之势。CNNIC《报告》显示,2009年上半年,全国网络购物消费金额总计为1195.2亿元。网民在C2C和B2C购物网站花费金额分别为1063.7亿和131.5亿,半年在C2C购物网站上的购
8、物支出占网购总金额的89%。预计全年网购总金额将达到2500亿元左右。与2006年年底,网络购物总体金额同比增长87.5%。虽然我国的网络购物市场在快速发展,但与发达国家相比仍然存在明显差距,主要有如下几个方面:一是我国的计算机普及率仍然很低。截止2009年底,中国网民规模达到3.84亿人,较2008年增长28.9%
