1、AbstractWiththedevelopmentofscientifictechnologyandtheincreasinglyimprovementofpeople’Sstandardofliving，thereal—timevideomonitoringsystembasedonDSPhasbeenwidelyusedineveryfield．Therefore，theremotevideocodingandtransmissioncombinedwiththetechnologyofcomputer,multimedi

2、a，communicationsandnetworkbecomesoneofthehotspotsinthefield，andtheresearchoftheremotevideomonitoringsystemwithinter-networkfunctioninthispaperhasbroadprospectsandpracticalapplication．Basedonthebasicrequirementsoftheremotevideomonitoringsystem，thispaperstudiesthenetwo

3、rkmodulesoforiginalmonitoringsystembasedonNexperiaPNX1303，andthenfurtherdesignandimplementtheremotetransmissionofthevideostreamingandcontrolflowtoachievethepurposeofinter-networkcommunication．ConsideringthedevelopmentofDSPtechnology，thispaperwillalsointroducetheproce

4、ssofnetworkdriverdesignbasedonNexpefiaPNX1500andtheindependentprotocolstackofTargetTCP．Specifictasksasfollows：Firstly,wedesignedandcompletedthearchitectureandcommunicationprotocolsofmonitoringsystemthroughtheresearchofcommunicationcharacteristicsofintemetandintranet。

5、Secondly,accordingtothedesireofoursystem，thispaperaccomplishedtheprogrammingoftwovideoservers’software．Wealsoredesigntheinterfaceandnetworkmodulesofmonitoringcenter．Meanwhile，thenetworkmodulesbasedonNexperiaPNX1303willbeimplementedinthispaper．Besides，thissystemhasthe

6、functionthatonecustomerCanmonitorfourvideoterminalsandonevideoterminalCanbemonitoredbymanycustomers．Thirdly,throughtheresearchontheprogramstructureofNexperiaTSSA，thispaperwillintroducetheprocessofthenetworkdriverdesign．UsingaTCP／IPprotocolstackindependentoftheoperati

7、ngsysteminthissystem，wecansimplifythedevelopmentprocessandrealizethemaximalreuseofcodesonotherDSPplatforms．Finally，inordertotestthesystemperformance，thispapermakesdetailedexperiments．Thetestresultsindicatedthatthemodulesofvideocommunicationnetworkrunwellinournetworka
