1、江苏大学硕士学位论文摘要视频监控系统是安全防范系统的重要组成部分，以其直观、方便、信息内容丰富而广泛应用于许多场合。近年来，随着计算机、网络以及图像处理、传输技术的飞速发展，视频监控技术也有长足的发展，由传统的模拟视频监控发展到现在的数字视频监控，其中又以基于网络的嵌入式数字视频监控技术发展最快、最具推广应用前景。本文在分析了视频监控技术的现状和特点的基础上采用了以嵌入式WEB服务器和CCD摄像头为主体，以Web访问为交互方式的视频监控系统设计方案。设计的过程中，使用专用芯片SAA7111A和IME6

2、400进行视频信号的采样和MPEG-4编码，提高了采集编码的效率并减小了对控制芯片的CPU的占用率；编码后的数字视频信号通过内部的总线送到嵌入式WEB服务器中，由WEB服务器负责向网络上的用户发送；该WEB服务器基于ARM7系列微处理器S3C44BOX及嵌入式Linux操作系统uClinux平台上构建，使得该服务器具有较高的性能指标；对uClinux的内核进行了更新，使用了最新的Linux．2．6内核，改善了系统的实时性。整个系统需要一个IP地址就可以连接到Interact上，网络上的用户可以直接使用

3、浏览器进行远程实时监控，受权用户还可以对系统进行操作和配置。在校园局域两
