1、中文摘要“现代企业人事档案管理"系统为企业和个人提供信息咨询、人事档案检索与存取、工资调整等服务；主要是为人事档案管理进行服务，对人事的变动、人事资料变更以及人事资料的查询、统计等工作进行服务，简化企事业单位的行政管理，降低管理成本。本系统应用Access和VisualBasic相结合的架构方式，并采用MicrosoftJet的数据库引擎。由此开发建立包括Access组件和VisualBasic组件的功能模块，确保程序的稳定性，充分发挥了两者各自的优点。基于Windows2000／XP的数据库运行环境，综合开

2、发整个系统以适应大多数公司企业的需求。本系统主要实现以下功能：用户管理模块，实现用户登录及验证等功能；数据维护模块，实现对数据库中的数据进行增删改签等重要功能；数据查询模块，实现数据条件模糊查询功能。报表管理模块，实现报表的查询、调用与打印等功能。帮助模块，实现使用帮助提示以及使用方法查询，让使用者更好的使用。在本系统的整个开发过程中，经过需求分析、系统设计、功能设计、系统测试等几个阶段的工作。在该系统中实现了档案管理、查阅等重要功能。最大限度的满足各企业人事档案管理应用需求。关键字：VisualBasicA
