1、现代职业教育发展趋势与广西职业教育改革研究摘要大力发展职业教育是21世纪中国教育发展的一个重要趋势，也是广西教育发展的一个基本走向。但大力发展职业教育，并不等同于要大规模地发展职业教育。为充分阐述本人的这一观点，本文从职业、职业能力和职业教育等基础概念入手，以自己8年职业教育生涯的体会与思考为出发点，一方面对现代职业教育发展的理论和趋势进行了梳理和充分的阐述，另一方面则立足大职教观，通过对广西职业教育的发展现状及存在问题的透视与分析，提出要大力发展广西职业教育，就必须破除传统的规模增长论。要深化广西职业教育改革，首要的

2、问题是解决职业教育体系的完整、衔接和结构布局的完善。其次是推进与职业教育发展相配套的管理机制与运行机制的改革，包括协同管理机制、多元投入机制、质量评估机制、人才评价机制和弹性学制、师资队伍建设、课程设置等方面的改革。关键词：职业教育职业教育体系管理体制运行机制ThestudyofthemodernvocationaleducationdevelopingtrendandtheGuangxivocationaleducationreformAbstractDevelopingvocationaleducationener
