2、aserviceprovidedbyGSMnetwork.GPRSisawirelesspacketdataservicewiththedevelopmentofGSM,advancingtherateofcommunicationandprovidingabetterwayforuserstosurfonlinethroughwirelessnetwork.DuringtheinformationizationbuildingforIrrigatedArea,suchashydrologytelemetric,watchingfloodgate,fieldwaterregulatinget
3、c.,restrictedbyconditionandenvironment,whichneedtomakeuseofGSM/GPRSwirelesscommunicationtechology.ThisthesisexpatiatesthesolutionandtechnologyrealizationofwirelessserviceintegratedduringtheinformationizationbuildingforIrrigatedAreabymakinguseoftheGSM/GPRStechnologyinexistence.Thethesisbringsforward
4、andrealizesashortserviceplatformwhichisusedforsendingandreceivingwaterregulatingorder,andthesystemofwaterticketinquiredandprintedwhichprovidesthewirelessmobileserviceforwatersaleintheIrrigatedArea.First,thethesispresentsthenetworkstructureandfunctionofGSM/GPRS,therealizationprinciple,servicecategor
5、yandrealizationwayofSMS.Then,thethesispresentstwosystemsconcretely:OneisdevelopingaplatformforshortmessageservicewhichismadeuseofGSMSMS.Thissystemistheonethatthecomputersendsandreceivesshortmessage,controlsmessagesthroughserialcommunication,duringwhichsomepivotaltechnologiessuchasserialcommunicatio
