3、使我们能够更好的让中西方文化结合，促进中西方跨文化交际活动的开展。本文在绪论部分阐述了论题的研究目的、研究意义、研究方法以及研究的理论基础。正文分为三部分：第一部分论述的是中国以及西方餐桌礼仪的历史渊源；第二部分主要就中国最传统的餐桌礼仪及西方时下的用餐礼仪做详细的对比，详尽的阐述中西方餐桌礼仪的差异；第三部分通过对中西方餐桌礼仪的差异对比，找出其差异的原因，从而更好的取长补短，促进中西方跨文化交际的实现。第二部分是本文的核心，着重从邀约、座次、进餐、离席等方面展示了中西方餐桌礼仪的差异。本文充分展示了餐桌礼仪在日后对于中西方跨文化交际的重要性，并明确了双方文化的差异，以期
