1、AnySalesRepresentationContractAnyFilmProductionsSalesRepresentationContractI.Representation:AnyFilmProductions,LLC,(hereinafter"Any")herebyagreestorepresent[enterOwner's/Producer'sname]_____________________________(hereinafter"Producer")asasalesagentforthepurposeofmarketingrightstothe

2、motionpicture:___________________________________(hereinafter"TheMotionPicture").II.Exclusivity:ProducergrantsAnyexclusiverightstomarketTheMotionPictureattheAmericanFilmMarketduringthetermofthiscontract.III.MinimumRepresentationFee:Thepartiesagreethattherewillbenominimumrepresentation

3、fee.IV.Commissions:ProduceragreestopayAny20%ofthegrossincomepaidto,ordueto,Producerfromanylicense,acquisition,salesagreementorothercontractforTheMotionPicturesignedbyAnyonbehalfofProducerduringthetermofthiscontractorwithinoneyearwithanycompanyoragenttowhomAnypresentedTheMotionPicture.

4、Ifsuchlicense,acquisition,salesagreementorcontractprovidesforthepaymentoftheincometoAnyasAgentfortheProducer,thenAnyagreestodistributetoProducer,afterdeductionofAny'scommission,thebalanceoftheincomewithin30daysofreceipt.IfsuchincomeispaiddirectlytoProducer,ProduceragreestopayAny'scomm

5、issionwithin30daysofreceipt.Anyand/orProduceragreetoprovidequarterlyaccountingsofallincomereceivedanddisbursementsmadetotheother.Eitherpartymayrequestareviewoftheother'sbooksonceayeartoverifyaccountings.V.Term:Thetermofthiscontractis1yearfromthedateofexecutionofthiscontractbybothparti

6、es.Suchtermmaybeextendedforadditionaloneyearperiodsuponagreementoftheparties.VI.Materials:ProduceragreestoprovideAnywiththematerialslistedinAppendixB.VIII.Credits:AnyagreestoproperlydisplayProducer'snameandcopyrightnoticeinconjunctionwithallofferingsandpresentationsofTheMotionPicture.

7、IX.Agency:ProduceragreesthatAnymaysignlicense,acquisition,orsalesagreementsforTheMotionPicturewhichhavebeenapprovedbyProducerassalesagentforProducer.SuchagreementswillbindProducerasifProducerhadsignedtheagreements.X.Warranties:Producerwarrantsthatithasthepowertolicenserightsrelatedtot
