3、ternationalexperiences,theembeddednatureofprivacyandisolationofmanagedassetsinthetrustbusinesshavedemonstratedbuilt-inconsistencywiththeneedsofhigh-endwealthmanagementandinheritance;hence,trusthasbecomeaveryfittingvehicleforwealthmanagement.By2014,totalassetsundertrustmanagementhavereache

4、dRMB14trillion.However,thereisasyetamassivegapbetweenthecurrentservicelevelsreceivedbyhighnetworthindividualsandtheirrequirements;agapthatisadverseinestablishingastablecustomerservicerelationship;whicheventuallyhindersthevigorousdevelopmentoftheoverallindustry.Withmodelingthegapsinservice

5、levelsasthebasicfoundation,thispaperfirstandforemoststartswiththediscussionontheissuesinlisteningtoserviceneeds.Thispaperconductedcustomersurveysinsuchcategoriesascustomerexpectedandperceivedservicequality,serviceleveldesignandstandards,serviceprovidedinaccordancewiththedesign,andservicec

6、ommitmentactuallyfulfilled.Bycorrelationandregressionanalyses,thispaperanalyzedthecharacteristicsofhighnetworthpopulation,concludingthathighnetworthindividualswithdifferentgender,profession,ageexhibitvaryingneeds,preferencesandotherdeterminingfactorsinwealthmanagement.ThisPaperhasdesigned

7、wealthmanagementservicestandardsandvalue-addedassetallocationsystems;thePaperhasstructuredasystematicanddisciplinedframeworkinwealthmanagement,whichservesasaguidelineintheimplementationofleadingwealthmanagementandintheestablishmentofsuperiortrustmanagementservices.I
