3、响，确保社会健康发展，就要重视提高人的素质，推进人的全面发展。本文试图从人的全面发展的内涵和要求入手，探讨了把促进人的全面发展作为当代中国文化建设价值取向的重要性和必要性，并且根据促进人的全面发展提出了当代中国文化建设的基本思路。文章从人的全面发展理论概述出发，阐述了文化与人的内在联系和促进人的全面发展对于文化建设的要求，提出文化与人之间是双向生成和相互促进的关系，文化是促进人全面发展的重要条件。从建设社会主义的本质要求、发展社会主义市场经济的内在要求、全面建设小康社会的现实要求、和谐社会的精神支撑出发，阐述了把人的全面发展作为当代中国文化建设价值取向的必要性和重要性。最后从精神文明建设
