1、陕西中医学院硕士学位论文酒黄精饮片规范化研究姓名:崔於申请学位级别:硕士专业:中药学指导教师:吴建华201204摘要黄精为百合科黄精属植物滇黄精PolygonatumkingianumCoil.etHemsl一黄精Polygonatumsib护wumRed.或多花黄精PolygonatumcyrtonemaHua的干燥根茎。早在2002年卫生部就将黄精纳入药食两用资源目录;本品性味甘,平,归脾、肺、肾经;具抗衰老、免疫调节、提高和改善记忆力、抗炎、抗病毒、抗疲劳、抗病毒等作用。历代黄精入药时均不用生饮片,而采用炮制品。目的:酒黄精饮片为现行主要黄精炮制品,但其生产工艺不够规范,因此
2、本课题首次采用工业化主流生产设备优选酒黄精饮片炮制工艺,筛选出既能增强疗效,又稳定可控、容易推广且适合大生产的节能简便炮制工艺。方法:1.酒黄精饮片炮制工艺单因素研究:对单因素条件下黄精饮片的醇溶性浸出物、多糖含量进行测定,以综合评分法优选单因素实验条件范围。2.酒黄精饮片的炮制工艺研究:以单因素优选的时间条件对润制时间、蒸制时间、焖制时间进行正交优选,以其醇溶性浸出物、多糖含量,及药理指标如黄精饮片水煎液对小鼠耳肿胀度的减轻作用、对小鼠负重游泳时间的影响进行综合评分,优选最佳炮制工艺。结果:最佳炮制工艺为:黄精药材25kg加20%黄酒润18h’并O.5h、lh、2h、3h、5h、
