1、宁夏大学硕士学位论文宁夏小麦分蘖成穗率研究姓名:惠建申请学位级别:硕士专业:作物遗传育种指导教师:袁汉民201204摘要分蘖成穗率是影响小麦产量的重要因素之一,也是宁夏引黄灌区小麦的重要研究方向。通过对小麦种质资源分蘖成穗的观察比较和不同处理下宁冬10号和宁冬11号分蘖成穗率的测定,获得以下主要结论:1.对不同地区的冬小麦材料进行了越冬性及分蘖成穗的研究,确定了在宁夏引黄灌区较好的越冬材料,必须是冬性和强冬性品种。2.利用宁夏冬小麦与春小麦进行了分蘖特性及分蘖成穗率的比较,发现冬小麦分蘖数及单株有效穗数比春小麦高,但分蘖成穗
2、率则低。3.对宁冬10号、宁冬11号品种进行了幼穗分化观察,认为第1、11分蘖易成穗,而第111分蘖不能成穗。4.采用宁冬10号和宁冬11号两个品种、三个播期、及三种播量处理的设计试验,考察影响分蘖成穗和产量的主要因素,结果表明:播期对分蘖成穗及产量的影响较大,以早播为宜,而播量影响较小,但以35万~45万/666.7m2较合适。宁冬1l号的综合表现好于宁冬10号。5.分蘖成穗率与产量之间符合指数曲线回归模型,宁冬10号的模型方程为Y=e6’2螂m0‘煅fO3、(O4、gandspikeobservationandcomparisonamongdifferentgenotypesofwheatgermplasmresourc-es,Ningdong10andNingdongllofspikerateoftillermeasurementunderdifferenttreatments.Themainresultsareasfollows:1.TheoverwinteringandtiUeringofwheatfromdifferentsourceswasstudied.Itwasclear5、thatwinterwheatandstrongwinterwheatmustbebetterperformancethanothersinYRNV.2.Comparisonsoftilleringcharacteristicsandtilleringratebetweenwinterwheatandspringwheat.Spikerateoftillerofwinterwheatvarietieshavesigificantlylowerthanthatofspringwheatvarieties,buttillerin6、gnumberperplantandthenumberofspikesperplantofwinterwheathavesignificantlyhigherthanthoseofspringwheatvarieties.3.SpikedifferentiationofNingdong10andNingdong11winterwheatwasobserved.Theresultisthatthefirstandsecondtillershavebeenchangedintospikeseasily,thethirdtille7、rhasbeennot.4.Inordertoinvestigateeffectsoftilleringintospikeandyieldfactors,usingtwovarietiesofthreesowingdateandthreedifferentseedingamountsprocessingdesigntest,theresultsshowthatsowingdatehasbeenverysignificanteffectonbothspikerateoftillerandyield.Earlysowingdat8、ehasbeenappropriate.Besides,effectofsowingamountonspikeandyieldhasbeenlimited.Moreover,sowingamounthasbeenappropriateforspikeandyieldwithin3.5x10
