2、独有的特点和工作方法进行概述。接着通过实际的案例问题了解我国经济型酒店对于知识型员工在实际工作中存在的问题。第四,通过多种种渠道了解经济型酒店对于知识型员工的需求，并分析知识型员工对于经济型酒店的影响因素都有哪些。第五,在上述的基础上,提出了对经济型酒店知识型员工施行有效激励的一系列解决方案:以企业文化为导向对知识型员工进行激励;实现组织结构虚拟化,依据知识型员工特点,充分调动其工作潜能。最后,对本文的研究进行了总结。关键词：经济型酒店；知识型员工；员工激励14AbstractAtpresent,
