4、CTION1.1InMarchthisyearICAOcarriedoutanauditoftheUKCivilAviationAuthority.InpreparationforthataudittheCAAcarriedoutacompletereviewofcompliancewiththevariousAnnexesoftheConventiononInternationalCivilAviation.1.2Whilstundertakingthatreviewanumberofanomalieswerediscoveredaswellasareaswher

5、ethetextmightbeimprovedtoaidclaritywhenreadingthedocuments.ForAnnex10volumesI,III,IV&V,wheresurveillanceandspectrummanagementhaveaninterest,itwasagreedthattheseanomaliesshouldbebroughttotheattentionofICAOthroughinputcontributionstotheappropriateWorkingGroup.1.3InNovember2009atWG-MIsubm

6、ittedWorkingPaper5thataddressedanumberofproposedchangestothewhitepagesofAnnex10,volumeV.ThatpaperwhilstnotingthatthereweresomeinconsistenciesandalackofclaritythatneedtobeaddressedintheattachmentstoAnnex10volumeVbutdidnotproposesolutionstotheseissues.1.4Thispaperidentifiesthoseinconsist
