3、iocompatibility.Howeverthesescaffoldscannotsatisfytherequirementsatthesametime:stablestructure,largerporosity,andgoodmechanicalproperties.Thispaperselectpologiycolicacid(PGA)andpolylacticacid(PLA)multifilament,theybothhavegoodbiocompatibility.UtilizingPGAandPLAmultifilamenttobraidcombinedyams,andthe
4、plainstitchandtricotstitcharemanufacturedthroughweftandwarpknittingtechnologywhiletherhombicandrectangularnettystructurescaffoldreinforcementsarehand-knitted.Wecomparedtheextensibility,porosity,poresize,andmechanicalpropertiesofthefourkindsofscaffoldreinforcements.Thestudieshaveshownthatrhombicnetty
5、structurescaffoldreinforcementhasstablestructureandsmallextension,butitsmechanicalpropertyislow.Theplainstitchnettystructurescaffoldreinforcementhasthesmallestporosityandporesize,butitsmechanicalpropertyisthebest.Thispaperstudiedthebasicproperties,performanceduringdegradationinvitroofPGAandPLAmultif
6、ilament,besidesresearchedtheperformanceofbraidedyamsandtheirscaffoldswithdifferentPGA/PLAduringdegradationprocess.TheresultsshowedthatthePGAmultifilamentdegradedfasterthanPLAmultifilament,PGA'sstrengthCan’tgettwoweekslater,anditlostalmostallthemassafter5-weekdegradation.ButtheperformanceofPLAmultifi
