1、东南大学硕士学位论文建筑业企业诚信信息平台建设研究姓名：董柳梅申请学位级别：硕士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：郑磊2012-04-14摘要摘要诚信是市场交易的基石，是企业生存和发展的基础。为规范建筑市场秩序，加强建筑业企业诚信管理，需要建立健全建筑业企业诚信信息平台。本文在充分吸收借鉴国内外相关研究成果和经验的基础上，主要进行了以下三方面的研究：(1)建筑业企业诚信信息平台功能模块设计进行了建筑业企业诚信信息平台需求分析，从诚信评价流程的角度确定平台的功能需求。在此基础上，构建了建筑业企业诚信信息平台业

2、务流程架构。运用归纳推理、演绎推理等方法对平台各功能模块(信息采集层、信息存储层、信息处理层和信息发布层)的内容及其实现方法进行了详细研究。(2)建筑业企业诚信信息平台运作模式选择在分析我国诚信体系建设现状及存在问题的基础上，对私营和公营两种成熟信用信息平台运作模式进行了比较分析，研究了建筑业企业诚信信息平台应采用的运作模式及相应的实施对策。(3)建筑业企业诚信信息平台运作保障研究在对建筑业企业诚信评价中的问题和困难进行深入分析的基础上，借鉴征信国家的成功经验，运用交易成本理论等分析工具，从平台技术标准
