5、olutionformedthedominantmodernpoliticalmyth,thedistortingmirrorinwhichposteritylocateditsdreamsanddreads.TheAmericanRevolution,ontheotherhand,wasdistinguishedbyitsallegedconservatism;historianshavegenerallyheldthatwedidn’tkillenoughpeople,engenderenoughprot
