3、ersityprocurementprocedures. Allpurchasesmustbesupportedbyproperdocumentationsuchasanoriginalinvoice,receipt,registertape,etc.clearlyidentifyingwhatisbeingpurchasedandsignedbythepersonmakingthepurchase.ApettycashfundisinnowayintendedtobeameansforcircumventingKentStateUni

4、versity'spolicies,regulations,orrequiredcontrolsandapprovals.CustodianResponsibilities: Thecustodianofthefundisthe personresponsibleforthecareofthefund,accountingfor/safeguardingthecash,andsecuringproperreceipts. Allmoneyshouldbekeptin lockedstorageatalltimes.Innoinstanc
