2、amorecomprehensivesetofdefinitions.Whenconsideringlikelihoodandimpactyoushouldnottakeintoconsiderationanyexistingcontrolsthatareinplace.Theriskscoreyouhavewillbeaninherentoruncontrolledscore.Whenboththelikelihoodandimpacthavebeenconsidered,multiplythelikelihood

3、bytheimpacttogettheoverallriskscore.ThisshouldbemappedontothematrixinTable3.ThecoloursofthematrixareatrafficlightsystemthatdenotestheriskappetiteoftheCouncil.Highrisksaretheredzone,mediumrisksaretheamberzoneandlowrisksarethegreenzone.Theriskscoreshouldbeusedtoi
