5、ions”). TheSecretaryherebyagreestoinsuresaidMortgageundertheprovisionsoftheNHAandtheRegulationsuponthefollowingconditions: 1.     TheMortgageshallbearinterestattherateofpercentperannumpayableonthefirstdayofeachmonthontheoutstandingbalanceofprincipal.Thefirstpaymenttoprin

6、cipal(commencementofamortization)shallbeduenotlaterthanthefirstdayofthesecondmonthfollowingthedateofendorsementoftheMortgageforinsurance(“Endorsement”).TheMortgageshallbepayableonalevelannuitybasisbymonthlypaymentsofprincipalandinterestintheamountof$. Thematurityandfinal
