2、ects.TheDistrictcurrentlyhasavoterapprovedGeneralObligationBondcapacityof$63million.Ofthat$63million,$35.5millioninbondshavebeenissuedinSeriesAandB.TheDistricthas$25.5millioninunusedcapacity.II.SCOPEOFSERVICESFinancialadvisorservicestobeprovidedinconjunctionwiththefun

3、dingofabond,andtheDistrict’scurrentdebtstructureincluding,butnotlimitedto,thefollowing:1.PrepareofficialstatementsorothernecessaryfinancingdocumentstoprovidethemarketwithtimelyandaccurateinformationabouttheDistrictanditsfinancialsituation,withthehelpoftheBusinessOffic

4、e.2.Assistincommunicatingwithratingagenciesandaddressingtheirrequirements.3.Makerecommendationsregardingtheconditionsandformofbondsales.4.Assistintheclosingofthetransaction(s)ifnecessary.5.Preparebondamortizationschedulesatthelevelnecessarytocalculatefuturedebtservice

5、paymentsandsatisfyaccounting,budgetaryandborrowingrequirements.6.Assistinthepostofferingresponsibilitiesforeachsale,includingensuringcompliancewithcontinuingdisclosurefilingrequirementsandprovidingapost-transactionsummaryreport.7.Prepareotherfinancialanalysisthatmaybe
