3、ing,sicknessabsence,disciplinaryandgrievancematters.3.ToworkwiththeProjectManagertoensurethesmoothrunningoftheProject.4.Toplanfutureservicesandanticipatefutureneeds.5.Toensure,viathepropertyservicesdepartment,thattheservicessuppliedtotheProjectincludingmaintenanceareofasatisfactorystan

6、proceduresasnecessary3.Todrawupthestaffrotaensuringtheprojecthasadequatecover.Occasionallycoveringshiftsattheproject.4.Inconjunctionwiththeprojectmanger,toberesponsiblefortheappointmentofstaffandvolunteersfortheproject.5.Maintainagreedrecords,particularlyfinancialandadministrative,incl
