1、提要目的：观察针刺治疗食道型颈椎病的临床疗效，寻求针刺治疗食道型颈椎病的科学有效的方案。方法：临床选取40例食道型颈椎病患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各20例，对照组取颈夹脊、风池、合谷穴，观察组取颈夹脊、风池、合谷、天突、廉泉、尺泽、列缺、后溪、肺俞穴，并分别于治疗前、治疗一个疗程和两个疗程后对两组患者症状积分进行评定和疗效比较。结果：1.治疗一个疗程后，两组自身治疗前后评分比较均有显著差异（P<0.01），两组治疗总有效率分别为：观察组90%，对照组75%。2.治疗两个疗程后，观察组治疗疗效与第一个

2、疗程比较有显著差异（P<0.01），对照组治疗疗效与第一个疗程比较没有明显差异（P>0.05），两组治疗总有效率分别为：观察组100%，对照组90%。观察组优于对照组。3.治疗一个疗程后，两组之间治疗疗效比较没有明显差异（P>0.05），治疗两个疗程后，两组治疗疗效比较有显著差异（P<0.05），说明观察组选穴治疗疗效优于对照组。结论：观察组取穴对于食道型颈椎病的治疗疗效确切，有效率明显提高。关键词食道型颈椎病；针灸；临床观察Clinicalobservationofacupuncturetreatment
