1、提要目的：观察益气活血通络法对初发劳力型心绞痛的临床疗效，并初步探讨其作用机制。方法：选择60例患有初发劳力型心绞痛的患者，随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用益气活血通络法(以补阳还五汤为基础方加减)；对照组予口服复方丹参滴丸治疗，两组必要时均可含服硝酸甘油。结果:心绞痛总有效率治疗组83.3%对照组为76.7%，治疗组与对照组疗效接近(P>0.05);中医证候疗效治疗组总有效率为83.3%、对照组为73.3%，治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);心电图疗效，治疗组、对照组总有效率均为60%，治疗组与对照组疗效接近(P>0.05)；硝酸甘油停减率治疗组83.3

2、%，对照组76.7%；治疗组与对照组甘油三酯、胆固醇相比，治疗组均明显降低(P<0.05)；治疗组与对照组高密度脂蛋白相比，治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血通络法是临床上治疗心绞痛气虚血瘀型的一个安全、有效的方法。不仅能明显缓解胸闷、胸痛、气短、乏力等临床症状，同时可改善心电图，降低甘油三酯、胆固醇含量，提高高密度脂蛋白，减少硝酸甘油用量。本试验提示:益气活血通络法在治疗冠心病初发劳力型心绞痛方面疗效可靠。关键词：益气活血通络法；补阳还五汤;初发劳力型心绞痛；临床疗效；中医药ClinicalReasearchonPrimordialLabou
