1、提要目的：观察滋阴清热法（竹叶石膏汤合二至地黄汤加减）为主，治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效，并从现代医学角度深入探讨其作用机理。方法：将符合入选标准的72例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组与对照组均给予血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂（ARB）控制血压，其中治疗组36例予以竹叶石膏汤合二至地黄汤加减治疗；对照组36例，予以肾炎康复片治疗，用药2个月为一个疗程，两组均服用1个疗程。结果：治疗组患者的临床证候总积分明显降低，疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.01)；治疗组患者的24h尿蛋白定量水平明显降低，疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗组患者的超敏C反应蛋白、尿
