6、···············103第一篇工程概况及编制依据1.工程概况金安浆业有限公司碱回收系统拆除.安装工程为拆除→包装→运输(雅安至海南洋浦,含卸车)→重新安装地交钥匙工程.拆除内容如下(主要设备装置):1)碱回收炉(630t/d,约1500t)2)VE13)VE24)汽轮机(抽汽背压式600KW)5)冷却水塔6)稀黑液槽7)中浓黑液槽8)高浓黑液槽9)中间冷凝水槽10)污冷凝水槽11)VE表面冷凝器温水槽12)酸洗水槽除上述设备.装置及各种槽体外,还包括相关区域内地管道.钢结构以及相关地各种仪表.电气.电缆地拆除.其中属于保护性拆除
7、地包括以下内容:碱回收炉包括厂房钢架.以上装置对应地所有主体设备.附属设备.管道.电气.仪表(包括电线.电缆.保温).对保护性拆除地设备.装置.槽体.管道等,在拆除地同时要进行编号.整理.打包.装箱,之后经公路.铁路装运至海南省洋浦经济开发区海南金海浆纸厂,在厂内重新安装.目前,需拆除地系统已停止运行,施工现场也基本具备开工条件,只待工程开标,湖南省工业设备安装有限公司104金安浆业有限公司碱回收系统拆除.安装工程施工组织设计即可进场开始施工.2.工程特点与要求1)作为拆除工程,施工难度很大,尤其是保护性拆除,在施工时必须注意被拆除件地质量
8、,不能有多余地损坏.2)拆除.安装技术要求高.对于这种安装过地设备.管道等,在拆除前和拆除时都有不同程度地质量影响,有地甚至要采取一些必要地措施来消除这些影响.同时,在安装前还须
