4、暴露出的问题，研究了钢材企业如何健康，积极地利用期货市场，并有效的控制风险的问题，并提出了有针对性的建议和策略。本文首先从理论上阐述了钢材期货重新上市的重要意义，然后回顾和阐释了我国钢材期货市场开展的历史和现状。之后分析了国际市场上发达国家和发展中国家钢材期货的发展状况，并提出了国际钢材期货市场对我国的借鉴意义。文章还举例说明了钢材现货市场和期货市场的有效联动，文章最后提出了涉钢企业参与钢材期货的注意事项，以给我国的钢材企业经营决策提供参考借鉴。关键词：钢材，期货，合约，对策AbstractIronandsteelindustryiSthepillarind
