2、carbonfabricsarepreparedbyknitting,theporosityreducesandthicknessascendsasthecoilradiusdecreases.Whenthecoilradiusis1.5mm,thetensilestrengthis120.7Mpa,thecompactstrengthis65.2KJ/m2,whichwereincreasedby26.4%and38.2%afteraddingin20%shortcutfiber.FromtheSEMpict
3、ureoftensilespecimenfracture,theshortcutfibersweremainlyexistedinthematrixandstrengthenthecompositebysomeextent.TheinfluencesofworkingpressandrotationalspeedonCFRPtribologicalbehaviorwerestudiedwhenadhesive:lubricant=8:2.ItshowsthatCFRPfrictionfactor肛decreas
4、edfirstthenincreasedasthepressgrows,whiledecreasedtobeconstantasspeedgrows.ThepofCFRPishighunderlowpress,abrasivewearemergedbetweenthecoupledringandsurfacematrixlayer.whileitturnedouttobeadhesivewearunderheavyload,themilledfiberandlubricantsadheredtothesurfa
