3、otechnologyplusphilosophy.Inordertodisclosethemeaningofthisrelationshipfirstofallwehavetocharacterizeakindofphilosophyoftechnology.Inthisview,thehumanruleovertechnologicalsituationsandthecreation/useoftoolsplayafundamentalrole.Thetoolsarecreatedbyinterpretation,andanytec
4、hnologicalpraxisissituation-bound.Thecharacteristicsofsciencesareverydifferent–oreventheopposite–ones:inscienceswewanttoreachasituation-freeknowledge.Scientificknowledgeisnotsituation-bound,itisuniversallyvalid.Thequestionis:howcanweusethesituation-boundtechnologicalprax
5、isforbuildingupofsituation-freescientificknowledge?Itcanbeshownthataspecificapplicationofphilosophicalprinciplesandideasmakesthispossible.Philosophycancreateworldsfromsituations.Consequently,followingcertainprescriptionsofbothtechnologyandphilosophy,wecanperformascientif
6、icpraxis.Inthispaper,somehistoricalandphilosophicalargumentswillbepresentedtoshowthisinterrelatedness,themostfundamentalrelationshipsbetweenscience,technology,andphilosophy.***The‘science=technology+philosophy’thesisisnotmyinvention,moreover,Icannotidentifyitsauthor.Infa
