1、吉林财经大学硕士学位论文我国网上银行风险评估体系建设及监管问题研究姓名：刘威申请学位级别：硕士专业：金融学指导教师：孙峰201104中文摘要网上银行作为金融业一种全新的服务渠道和经营方式，它的出现给传统银行业带．来了前所未有的发展机遇，显著地提高了银行业的服务水准和服务效率，与此同时，也使得银行业在经营时面临着新的风险和前所未有的挑战。在发展网上银行的同时，防范和控制网上银行的风险，保证金融业的安全运行成为一项急需解决的重要的课题。与欧美发达国家相比，我国的网上银行发展还很不成熟。金融业对网上银行认识还不够深刻，对网上银行存在的风险问题缺少系统性研究，因此，要加强对网上银行的风险

2、问题研究，按照风险管理的思路，深入探索解决网上银行的风险问题的方法与途径，探索有效的网上银行风险管理模式，提高网上银行的风险管理水平。本文根据网上银行风险的特点，对网上银行技术层面和业务层面的风险进行研究。运用定性与定量分析相结合方法对网上银行风险进行辨识，建立了网上银行风险评估指标体系，并对其风险进行了评价，根据评价结果，提出了对网上银行风险具有建设性的风险防范对策，以期增强网上银行风险管理能力。还对网上银行的风险监管进行了比较性研究，旨在发现我国网上银行风险监管中存在的问题，并结合我国实际情况，找出我国网上银行风险监管的合理对策，促进我国网上银行的健康发展。关键词：网上银行风
