7、术改造260万吨/催化裂化装置,位于胜利炼油厂南厂区原联合装置位置,本装置管线安装共分为管廊、泵及空冷区(第1区)、催化剂罐区(第2区)、反再区(第3区)、馏塔区(第4区)、分馏框架区(第5区)、吸收稳定区(第6区)、四旋及构架区(第7区)、气压机区(第8区)、主风机区(第9区)、余热锅炉区(第10区)、地下污油管道区(第11区)等11个区,主要工作量有,各类管线总共58957米,阀门7110只。为了更好地组织和指导工艺管道的施工,特编制本施工方案。1.2.工程特点1.2.1、安装工期短,任务重,管线材质种类多,安装焊接量大,安装、焊接

8、难度高,高空作业多,管线全部为氩弧打底。1.2.2、本项目施工量大、施工区域广,受各种因素影响,各区域、各专业工程施工时间不尽相同,固存在平面交叉、立体交叉以及各工种、各工序之间的交叉施工作业。1.2.3、
